Terms and Conditions – td77 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using td77 in any way — whether on mobile, desktop or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of td77, including registered account holders, guest visitors and anyone interacting with any part of the platform at td77.plus. If you are accessing td77 on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and td77.

2 Eligibility

To open and use a td77 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. td77 does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations and automated systems may not hold accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from using online gaming platforms.
• You must not be using a VPN or other technical means to misrepresent your identity or location.

td77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be closed immediately, and any associated funds may be held or returned to source pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

Creating Your Account

Each person may register only one td77 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, td77 may merge, suspend or close them at its discretion. Any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account use may be voided.

During registration you must provide a valid email address, a unique username and a strong password. The details you provide must accurately represent your identity — providing false information is a breach of these terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your td77 login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. td77 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact td77 support immediately. While we will do our best to assist, td77 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

You must not allow any third party to access or use your td77 account on your behalf. All activity on your account is considered your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach in a timely and verifiable manner.

Account Verification (KYC)

td77 may request identity verification at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an account review. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions or closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on td77 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available as listed in the deposit section of the platform at any given time.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the deposit section and may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your td77 balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside td77's control.
• td77 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

Currency & Conversion

All funds held in your td77 account are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage. The PKR amount you deposit is exactly what appears in your gaming balance, and the PKR amount you win is exactly what is available for withdrawal — no exchange rate is applied.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit is generally required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the platform and may vary by payment method.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 8 for bonus terms.
• td77 processes routine withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa promptly once verification is complete. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal Review

td77 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests if there is reason to suspect irregular activity, a breach of these terms or potential fraud. During such a review, the withdrawal may be placed on hold temporarily. We will always communicate any delay to you.

If an account is found to have used fraudulent payment methods or provided false identification, all pending and future withdrawals may be suspended and the matter referred for further investigation.

6 Betting Rules

The td77 sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, Esports and other sports as listed in the betting section at any given time.

Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed and your bet slip is accepted, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Bets are accepted in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are as displayed on each market.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay to allow for data feed processing. td77 reserves the right to void in-play bets if they were placed after the relevant event outcome was determined.
• All quoted odds are final at the time of bet acceptance. Odds fluctuations after confirmation do not affect your accepted bet.

Void & Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as stated in individual market rules), affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your td77 balance. Where a result has already been determined before abandonment, individual market rules will apply.

PSL & Cricket Specific Rules

For PSL and other cricket markets, specific rules apply regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments and match abandonments. These are detailed in the individual market rules accessible from the betting section. Pakistani players are encouraged to review cricket-specific rules before placing bets on weather-affected fixtures.

Maximum Payout

td77 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting section. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect display of odds, td77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7 Slots & Casino Games

All slot games, live casino games, jackpot games and other casino-style content on td77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin, card deal or game round is completely independent of previous rounds. There are no patterns, hot streaks or predictable sequences — the randomness is genuine.

Return to Player (RTP)

Each game on td77 has a stated Return to Player percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term average payout expressed as a percentage of all stakes wagered. RTP figures are displayed within each game's information panel. RTP is a long-term statistical measure — short-term results will vary significantly from this figure.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, td77 will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome. Where a valid game round was completed server-side before the disconnection, the result stands. Where the round was not completed, the stake will be returned to your balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays, and td77's decision in such matters is final.

Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time as an estimate and may differ slightly at the precise moment of a winning spin due to network latency. The actual jackpot amount credited will be the value confirmed by the server-side game log at the time of the winning event.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

td77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers or other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be clearly stated alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all td77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (such as new registration, first deposit or specific payment method) will be stated per promotion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the offer page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• td77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any qualifying wagers made in good faith prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus play after wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — is a breach of these terms and will result in account action.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

td77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of related bets or winnings, and possible permanent closure:

• Use of automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with games in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain rather than reporting them to support.
• Collusion with other players in games, sports betting or any other td77 feature.
• Arbitrage betting designed solely to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed-profit scenarios in bad faith.
• Money laundering or using td77 to process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using someone else's payment account or identity to fund or operate a td77 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any verification process.

td77 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play or account behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, we reserve the right to freeze an account, withhold winnings and request additional documentation pending investigation. All decisions made in this regard are final.

10 Privacy & Data

td77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at td77.plus/privacy-policy. By registering for a td77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments and communicate with you about your account.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

td77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as inactive. Any remaining PKR balance will be held and can be claimed by contacting support after passing verification.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, td77 may retain any balance associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned to source after deducting any applicable amounts.

You may close your td77 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any pending bets or withdrawals at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course before the account is closed.

13 Limitation of Liability

td77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent uptime and a high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted, td77 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or gaming opportunities arising from technical downtime, internet connectivity issues or device failure on your end.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from your use of td77.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have not maintained reasonable security over your credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits td77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

td77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where possible, we will notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of td77 following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

In the event of a dispute about a bet outcome, game result or account decision, td77's server-side records are considered the definitive source of truth. If you believe a result or decision is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

td77 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Where an internal resolution is not satisfactory, you may request an escalation to senior management. Our decision, following a thorough review, will be final.
